Siri fu Gro is Sranantongo for "seeds to grow"

Every woman carries a seed of potential

With the right nourishment, attention, knowledge and support, that seed can grow into something far bigger than you ever thought possible. Siri fu Gro starts from your strengths and possibilities, not from your circumstances.

Siri fu Gro builds on Sysa's Becoming You program. It brings together coaching, hands-on learning, creative expression, practical skills, financial know-how, mentoring and help finding work, all in one path.

“My wish is that every participant leaves not only with new knowledge and skills, but above all believing again in her own strength. Because when one woman grows, far more than one life grows.”

Chantel Entingh-VyentFounder and CEO, Sysa

1

My Story, My Foundation

A strong tree begins with healthy roots.

Gain insight into your life story, identity and the experiences that shaped you, making room to let go of limiting beliefs and rediscover your own strength.

Themes: who am I, my life story, my identity, my values, family patterns, resilience in my family, my talents, my dreams.

Result: you understand better who you are, what strength you already have, and which patterns you want to keep or break.

2

From Surviving to Resilience

Growth begins when you believe change is possible.

Strengthen your emotional resilience and self-confidence: learn to deal with stress, uncertainty and limiting beliefs, and develop a growth mindset.

Themes: self-confidence, emotional intelligence, handling emotions, stress management, resilience, setting boundaries, growth versus fixed mindset, positive self-talk.

Result: you feel stronger, dare to make choices and have more faith in your own possibilities.

3

My Future, My Choices

A seed grows toward the light.

Discover your talents, interests and opportunities and turn them into a clear picture of your future, with personal and professional goals that fit your ambitions.

Themes: talent development, career orientation, values and motivation, SMART goals, visualisation, a personal action plan, work–life balance, your financial future.

Result: a clear vision of your future and a concrete plan to achieve your goals.

4

Creating Opportunities

Growth requires knowledge, skills and connection.

Develop practical skills that increase your chances of finding work and prepare you for a lasting job or your own business.

Themes: communication, professional attitude, job application skills, writing a CV, digital skills, financial literacy, networking, personal presentation, entrepreneurship.

Result: you have practical skills and feel ready to take an active part in the job market.

5

My Growth in Motion

A tree bears fruit when it keeps growing.

Put your plans into action: connect with employers, training programs, mentors or entrepreneur networks, with guidance on your first steps towards financial independence.

Themes: personal growth plan, job matching, meeting employers, presenting your growth, coaching, buddy system, mentorship, alumni network.

Result: you finish with a personal development plan, a concrete next step and a network that supports your further growth.

Phase 3, Thrive

After the program, the real growth begins

Coaching, mentoring and job placement stay available, and every participant takes part in three workshops.

Workshop 1

My Roots, My Story

Explore your family history, the women who came before you, and the values, challenges and strengths you inherited. What do I take with me? What do I let go? What do I want to leave behind?

Workshop 2

Paint & Purpose

Paint the woman you are becoming.

Workshop 3

Build Your Future

Join the Siri Future Lab and work on your CV, vision board, personal action plan, LinkedIn, elevator pitch and vacancy matching. At the end, every woman presents her future.
